- Maintain a deep understanding of business goals and marketing objectives, translating them into digital objectives/strategies.
- Execute quarterly marketing campaigns applying documented insights and appropriate messaging. Responsibility goes from briefing, to ideas to assets creation, with relevant, original, high-quality content.
- Continuously document insights from various marketing teams in order to leverage research, insights and analytics to inform brand strategy in different channels.
- Be culturally attuned, understanding not only how work will impact business results, but also whether it sits at the right altitude to impact culture and consumer perception
- Execute on a promotional calendar to achieve sales goals, meet strict deadlines, and lead promotion’s documentation. Ensure all necessary assets are reviewed, approved and delivered on-time - to all necessary cross-functional partners.
- Work closely with Analytical Teams to assess brand health and execute on opportunities to take advantage of market opportunities for OE..
- Improve our website’s lead rate using Google Analytics, and continuously update the content if needed.
- Police the brand to make sure that key elements are always present to maintain brand consistency.
- Continuously monitor our digital brand positioning and competitors’.
- Execute on the development of online reputation, communicating the company’s brand in a positive, authentic way what will attract today’s modern, hyper-connected buyers
- Keep abreast of current events, social/digital media trends and any target market industry trends that impact business
- Guarantee the integration and coordination between milt-functional teams.
- Passion for storytelling, and solid project management skills.
- Knowledge crafting world class creative direction and execution.
- Ability to cultivate relationships, efficiently communicate across multiple cross-functional partners and provide concise, clear, and actionable creative feedback and direction.
- Strong input on strategy and a clear POV on creative work.
- Knowledge working on fast paced projects that involve multiple stakeholders, content production, and media activations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, possessing a high level of intellectual curiosity and demonstrates strong and effective judgment in the face of ambiguity.
- Experience working with other peers, and leading them to keep them motivated and engaged with our mission
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Very strong organizational skills and ability to document results.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, deeply knowledgeable about marketing in Latin America.
