**About the Role**:
We are actively seeking an IT Specialist to join our dynamic IT Team at Avidbots Corp. As a key player in our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining the efficiency of our IT systems, providing advanced technical support, and contributing to various IT projects.**How You Will Make a Difference**:- Take charge of onboarding and termination procedures, ensuring accurate setup, license assignments, and records maintenance following IT Operations processes.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to operating systems, including performance, configuration, and compatibility problems.
- Play an integral role in IT projects, leveraging your expertise to contribute effectively.
- Demonstrate proficiency in writing scripts to automate routine IT Operations tasks, enhancing team efficiency.
- Bring advanced skills in Systems Integration to ensure seamless data flow through a variety of technologies
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of industry-specific compliance standards, ensuring adherence.**Key Skills and Qualifications**:- Bring 5+ years of practical experience in advanced IT support or a similar role.
- Proficient in Ubuntu/Windows systems, software installation, and advanced troubleshooting of software/hardware issues.
- Expertise in Systems Integration, ensuring seamless data flow through technologies like SSO, SAML, SCIM, and APIs.
- knowledge of ISO 27001 requirements.**Nice to Have**:- Familiarity with Freshservice ticketing system.
- Knowledge of Crowdstrike and familiarity with Jumpcloud/Windows Active Directory and its policies.
- Understanding of MDM (Mobile Device Management) Tools.
- Familiarity with Epicor.
- Knowledge of ITIL 4 framework.
- Certification in AWS and Azure.
- Salesforce Certification
