- Ensure that requirements are clear, concise, and achievable within the project scope.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business requirements and functional specifications.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution.
- Lead the testing team.
- Assist in prioritizing and managing project backlogs and releases.
- Participate in project meetings, providing updates and insights on project progress and challenges.
- Maintain detailed and organized documentation, including requirements, test cases, and defect logs.
- Prepare and present test reports, summarizing testing activities, issues found, and improvement recommendations.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and user manuals as needed.
- Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance system quality and efficiency.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.Required Qualifications- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Conversational English (B2 level or higher).
- 6+ years of experience in Manual QA and knowledge of business analysis.
- Team leadership experience in QA is preferred.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of Azure Services.
- Experience in test planning, test case design, and defect tracking.
- Familiarity with quality assurance tools and technologies (e.g., JIRA, Selenium, TestRail).Desirable Qualifications- Professional certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or ISTQB Certified Tester.
- Experience with automation testing and tools such as Selenium, JMeter, or similar.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with database queries.
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience working in the IT, financial services, or healthcare sectors.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.Complementary Skills- Possesses strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Has experience working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
