Manage manual billing processes across the Identity business, including corrections and adjustments.Provide billing support to internal stakeholders to resolve account and invoice issues, including contract review and billing summaries as necessarySupport reconciliation of billing data across systems to ensure consistency and compliance.Identify opportunities to reduce manual work using Identity’s suite of tools, and document ongoing process improvementsAll About You

Requirements
Preferred BA or equivalent2+ years of experience in billing, finance operations, or revenue operations—preferably in a SaaS or subscription-based business.Familiarity with manual billing workflows and correction processes.Experience supporting internal stakeholders and external customers with billing-related inquiries.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Corporate Security ResponsibilityAll activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices;Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;Report any suspected information security violation or breach, andComplete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
