- Realizar la actualización de diferentes bases de datos para las CATEGORIAS de CS On Demand y CS Proactive previstas para el departamento de Customer Service y entregar los análisis en el tiempo establecido. Así mismo, documentar errores y posibles oportunidades de mejora.
- Realizar el correcto análisis de los datos suministrados en cada uno de los procesos involucrados, con el fin de identificar oportunidades de mejora, errores y/o fallas.
