Read more about the life in PayU here**About The Role**:- At Ding, you will analyze, classify, and verify the accurate, systematic, orderly, and timely recording of economic events in compliance with accounting principles, legal requirements, and tax regulations. The goal is to provide accurate, reliable, and timely financial information to facilitate control, analysis, and decision-making by administrators.**What you will do**:- Coordinate and supervise the accounting activities of the outsourcing team, ensuring compliance with the schedule and monthly closing.
- Upload and review accounting information in the OneStream system, ensuring adherence to accounting standards.
- Prepare and present financial and accounting reports in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Verify financial information reported to the Financial Superintendence and other regulatory entities.
- Ensure the proper recording of corporate credit card reconciliations and monthly expense provisions by the outsourcing team.
- Respond to requests from the Statutory Auditor and Internal Audit and submit them for approval.
- Update manuals and policies for accounting processes for subsequent approval.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the accounting outsourcing team and any potential delays to the Financial Management.
- Perform other assigned duties.**What you need to succeed**:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 3 - 4 years of accounting experience
- Advanced abilities in Excel
- Excelent understanding of the principles of NIIF
- Proficiency in written English
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, inquire, and resolve problems effectively
