El rol será responsable de identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, gestionar cuentas estratégicas y construir relaciones sólidas con clientes globales, generando ingresos sostenibles y márgenes rentables para la compañía.Perfil del cargo:Buscamos un profesional con fuerte orientación comercial, enfoque estratégico y experiencia comprobada en la industria de telecomunicaciones, carriers internacionales o infraestructura digital. Este rol requiere habilidades de negociación de alto nivel, mentalidad “hunter” para desarrollo de nuevos negocios y capacidad para gestionar relaciones con clientes C-Level a nivel global.Formación académica:Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería, Economía, Negocios Internacionales o afines.Deseable especialización o maestría en áreas comerciales, telecomunicaciones, tecnología o negocios internacionales.Experiencia requerida:Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en el sector de carriers internacionales, servicios wholesale de telecomunicaciones o infraestructura digital (en productos de datos y nube, no voz/SMS).Experiencia comprobada en:Desarrollo de nuevos negocios (perfil hunter).Negociación y cierre de acuerdos internacionales de alto valor.Gestión de cuentas estratégicas globales.Conocimiento sólido en:Conectividad (Fibra, IP Transit, DWDM, Ethernet).Interconexión (Cloud Interconnect, Peering, POPs).Centros de datos, servicios en la nube y ciberseguridad.Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).Disponibilidad para viajar a eventos.Principales responsabilidades:Identificar, prospectar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio con: Hyperscalers, OTTs, plataformas de streaming, empresas de tecnología, contenido, grandes carriers y Data Centers.Liderar negociaciones y cerrar contratos internacionales de alto valor.Gestionar cuentas estratégicas internacionales, asegurando ingresos recurrentes y relaciones a largo plazo.Colaborar con equipos técnicos y de producto para diseñar soluciones adaptadas a las necesidades del cliente.Participar y representar a la compañía en ferias y eventos globales del sector como Capacity, ITW, PTC, entre otros.Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias del mercado, competidores y nuevas tecnologías.At Tigo we want to have the best, for this reason we look for qualified professionals who work to continue achieving our purpose of continuing to connect more and more Colombians.
