- Relationship with clients: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients in the region of Colombia.
- Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities within the B2B market and drive sales growth.
- Account Planning: Maximize the value of long-term relationships through a structured approach to identifying opportunities, aligning solutions with customer needs, and planning specifics to strengthen the account.
- Solution Selling: Identify customer pain points and business challenges and propose comprehensive networking solutions that address their specific needs and objectives, leveraging TP-Link's product portfolio and capabilities.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to support the sales process, including technical presentations, product demonstrations, solution architecture design, and proposal development to help close deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and technical documentation, and provide regular reports to the management team on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar disciplines.
- Postgraduate studies in Sales, Business Administration, or similar is a plus.
- At least 5 years' experience developing sales in a corporate channel for technology, telecommunications and/or networking companies.
- Outstanding negotiation skills.
- Availability to work 100% on-site and to travel frequently within the national territory.
