We support companies through our Talent, Technology, and Training services.We have been impacting the world since 2018 and we want to keep pushing ourselves to become the brightest minds in our field and better serve our customers.As a Collections Specialist, you will manages overdue accounts, ensuring timely payments, negotiating solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships. Their role is key to securing healthy cash flow and protecting the company's financial stability.Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

Proactively initiate collection calls and outreach to clients with accounts 30+ days past due, driving timely payments while strengthening client relationships.
Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to resolve disputes, identify solutions, and achieve successful recoveries.
Ensure consistent and strategic follow-up on outstanding accounts in alignment with company policies and best practices.
Build and maintain long-term, professional relationships through clear, respectful, and solution-oriented communication with customers.
Identify and escalate early signs of financial distress to the Collections Supervisor to support proactive risk management.
Accurately record all collection activities and communications to ensure compliance, transparency, and efficiency.
Protect sensitive customer and company information by strictly adhering to confidentiality standards.

Minimum requirements:

Education: A high school diploma is required. College education is a plus.
Experience: At least 1 or 2 years of experience in Collections or AR/AP Background is required.
Language: Very good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

Perks:

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm We following the US Calendar.
Contract: Permanent contract.
Location: Remote only in medellín.
Salary: 3,500.000 Cop
