- Support partner selection, campaign activation, and performance reporting.
- Coordinate campaign logistics, timelines, and deliverables.
- Identify and engage influencers and creators for collaborations and events.
- Manage day-to-day campaign deliverables, product sampling, and recruitment.
- Serve as liaison between influencers and the brand.
- Create clear campaign briefs to guide influencer content production.
- Maintain influencer reporting, data tracking, and campaign recaps.
- Organize contracts, agreements, and assets within CRM/platforms.
- Ensure compliance with disclosure and legal requirements.
- Research and share trends, insights, and best practices in influencer marketing.
- Influencer marketing platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ, GRIN)
- CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)
- Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, SubStack, Reddit )
- Project management tools (ClickUp or similar)
- Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Social Media Insights)
- 3-5 years of freelancing experience.
- 2-3 years of influencer marketing experience, ideally performance-driven.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1/C2 level).
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Skilled in vetting and managing influencer partnerships aligned with campaign goals.
- Analytical and data-driven with the ability to translate metrics into insights.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing or community management is a plus.
- Existing influencer/creator relationships are a strong advantage.
- Experience in whitelisting creator content & Partnership Ad campaigns on Facebook/Instagram preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; DTC brand or lifestyle/home goods experience a plus.
