- Warm Lead Nurturing & Re-Engagement: Execute sophisticated, multi-channel outreach strategies focused on re-engaging warm leads (e.g., past demo requests, stalled deals, previously interested prospects) to consistently generate a high-quality pipeline of opportunities.
- Expert-Level Qualification: Go beyond the script to conduct in-depth qualification, referencing past interactions to ensure re-engaged prospects align perfectly with our ideal customer profile and possess renewed, genuine intent.
- Mentorship & Team Leadership: Serve as a mentor and guide for other SDRs, sharing best practices for warm lead nurturing, offering constructive feedback, and setting a positive example to enhance the entire team's performance.
- Process Optimization & Playbook Development: Proactively identify and lead projects to improve the warm lead nurturing process. Develop, refine, and document playbooks and outreach sequences specifically for re-engagement.
- Deal Support & Acceleration: Serve as a strategic partner to Account Executives, assisting with follow-up on key re-engaged deals and providing insights to help accelerate the sales cycle.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze campaign performance and outreach data to identify trends in lead re-engagement, provide strategic recommendations, and continually improve conversion rates from the existing database.
- 5+ years of experience in a sales development, business development, or inside sales role, with a proven and documented track record of exceeding quota, specifically in roles focused on nurturing and re-engaging warm leads.
- Experience in the real estate or SaaS industry is required.
- Exceptional and persuasive communication skills in English (C1, C2, or Native level required), with a demonstrated ability to re-establish rapport and engage senior-level prospects.
- Expert-level proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., SalesLoft, Outreach).
- A highly motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient mindset. You are a strategic thinker who views challenges as opportunities.
- Superior organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage both individual and team-related priorities.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in creating and refining sales playbooks for lead nurturing.
- Formal or informal experience mentoring junior sales professionals.
