- Assist in collecting and cleaning complex data from various internal and external sources (e.g., Euromonitor, IWSR, Mintel, company data).
- Analyze market size, sales, share, growth, pricing, and distribution trends to support category and packaging strategy.
- Conduct desktop research to monitor industry developments, customer and competitive intelligence, emerging products, customers and brands, and consumer trends.
- Summarize research findings in clear, visually engaging formats (PowerPoint, infographics, dashboards).
- Translate data into actionable insights for business stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Innovation, and Strategy teams.
- Support the dissemination of insights across the organization via collaboration platforms.
- Support and facilitate the production of daily, weekly, and monthly market intelligence collateral.
- Support development of dashboards, scorecards, and reports using tools like Excel and Power BI.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business questions and deliver relevant analyses.
- Help maintain and evolve recurring reporting tools, templates, and trackers.
- Conduct other ad hoc analyses and administrative duties as required by stakeholders.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, research, statistics or relevant fields.
- Minimum of 2+ years related work/internship experience.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with basic statistical methods and calculations (e.g., CAGR, market share, growth rates)
- Curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving and insight-finding.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a cross functional, fast-paced environment.
