Lead Management Conversion
Contact and qualify hot and cold leads generated from marketing campaigns.
Understand client requirements for ocean, air, and land freight and provide tailored solutions.
Maintain a CRM with uptodate lead and client information.Sales Execution
Prepare and present competitive freight quotes FCL, LCL, air cargo, trucking.
Negotiate terms and close deals while meeting profit margin targets.
Build longterm relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.Reporting Targets
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Provide weekly activity and sales reports to management.Requirements
Languages Native or nearnative English and Spanish spoken written.Experience Minimum 2 years in freight forwarding sales ocean, air, andor land freight.Strong knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping procedures, and documentation.Proficiency with CRM systems HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar.Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.Selfmotivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fastpaced, digital environment.Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling for an NVOCC or freight forwarder with digital booking capabilities.Existing network of shippers or importersexporters in Latin America, the US, or Europe.Understanding of customs clearance processes and trade compliance.
