As Controlling Operations SD M&S Costing Sr Analyst within our Costing M&S team, you’ll develop and drive M&S Costing implementation plan, together with Head of M&S COE & Finance Operations, within agreed timelines.Main responsibilities:

Develop and drive M&S Costing implementation plan, together with Head of M&S COE & Finance Operations, within agreed timelines
Support construction and be part of a high functioning, diverse team with the capabilities to harmonize and mutualize the operational tasks to provide best in class service
Design effective interaction model and ways of working with Site Finance Manufacturing Business Partners to provide high quality budget, forecasts, actuals etc.
Partner with M&S Finance Business Partner to drive sustainable improvements in COGS management KPI
Leverage Finance tools, processes, and controls to drive simplification, standardization for COGS across manufacturing sites
Continuously challenge legacy ways of working, status quo, identify gaps, and recommend new ways of working – focus on best practices
Ownership to resolve any gaps proposing workarounds and local adaptations

About you

Experience: 5-10 years of professional certified experience
Soft and technical skills: Broad stakeholder management, assertive communication, and solid knowledge of P&L variance analysis at the cost level
Education: Industrial Engineer, Accountant, Business Administration
Languages: Advance in English, Portugues (advantageous)
