The area of activity is focused on the process field of oil / natural gas distribution and / or utilization as well as process application of the afore mentioned energy source.Key Responsibilities
- Analysis and evaluation of process and / or project definitions, descriptions and requirement profiles of specific situations
- Analysis and evaluation of tender documents, specifications, market information and application-specific parameters
- Feasibility study, based on the field of application, considered existing solutions and solutions to be developed
- Creating a solution concept
- Development of a solid, valid and valuable technical and commercial concept based on the requirement profile of the customer / the market
- Development of studies on design, functionality, handling and existing process equipment
- Definition of components and assemblies
- Defining and specifying subgroups and elements as implementation of the solution concept, division into common segments
- Creation and development of technical specifications and design documents for further internal / external design and processing, based on the overall concept
- Handover of the elaborations including communication to internal and external parties
- Creation and validation of commercial overviews of the overall concept
- Development of a commercial concept, depending on the required level of details, in relation on the chosen solution
- Economic determination of the profit and loss curve of the overall concept as well as a part of a detailed overview of the distribution of costs over course and share
- Implementation and coordination of internal approval processes
- Compiling and presenting the overall concept in a technical and commercial overview
- Coordination of internal divisions and supporting functions as legwork to the overall concept
- Transfer of necessary information of the overall concept in a process conform format to reach the final approval
- Process the online DRF/SFDC/CPQ approval system
- Travelling and Travel Time: Less then 20%
- Chemical / Mechanical Engineering/Instrumentation Degree from University with a focus on a technical field
- Knowledge of the relevant regulations, depending on the application region (ISO / EN / BS / ASME / VDE / DVGW / AGA 9, AGA 3, AGA7, API 1104, D1.1…)
- Knowledge on P & I and G A Drawings.
- Knowledge of procedural and / or process engineering in the relevant occupational field
- Firm understanding of materials, gas composition, analyzers, transmitters, pipe schedules and yields, max allowed operating pressure of pipe and how temperature effects it, functionality of valves and when and where they used, fire and safety (transmitters detectors and visual devices, electrical classification areas Class 1 Division 1, Division 2, general purpose, CSA, UL, Inmetro Brazil, National Electrical Code NEC, national building code, US state regulation and requirements on buildings,
- Knowledge about process engineering and installation of plants or structures
- Relevant work experience in proposal and estimating.
- English, Minimum Level C1 in speaking and writing.
- Preferable familiar to our 1st party product, Metering and Regulating skid system.
- Preferable familiar to 3rd party product like Analyzer system, Isolation Valve, Flow Control Valve, Heat Exchanger, Boiler
- Relevant work experience in a technical field of mechanical engineering, process or control and design engineering
- Reliable user knowledge in relevant office and data processing programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge in handling CAD / construction programs
- Open and team-oriented manners as well as behavior
- Direct and target-orientated communication skills
- Independent organization and structuring of own processes
- Permanent self-control and verification of own results
