- Bachelor's degree in law.
- Demonstrable experience as Legal Manager/Sr. Manager within the BPO industry.
- B2 or above English level - ability to draft contracts in English and to communicate in English in conference calls, e-mails, etc.
- Knowledge and experience in labor relations.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating professional services, software development and licensing transactions.
- Experience in commercial contracts (services agreements) and corporate law and regulations.
- Ability to work in an organized, detailed manner under tight deadlines.
