- Prospect, call, and email potential shippers to identify freight opportunities
- Develop new accounts and grow existing ones by offering tailored transportation solutions
- Understand customer needs and provide rate quotes for power-only, FTL, and time-sensitive freight
- Maintain regular follow-up and communication with prospects and customers
- Build long-term relationships with shippers through consistent service and communication
- Track sales activities and opportunities in a CRM or tracking system
- Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure customer satisfaction

- Studies: International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, Logistics, Accounting, Finance, or administration-related.
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in sales in logistics or transportation
- Language: Good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. following the American Calendar.
- Contract: Indefinite term contract
