Intuitive provides nonprofits with the capacity to help them get closer to achieving their mission._ To achieve this mission, we work with mission partners through either a comprehensive capacity building program, or one-off select services.When you make a decision to work with Intuitive Solutions you’re not just doing something great for your career, you’re helping hundreds of nonprofits achieve their missions!**Responsibilities**:- Cultivate relationships with donors and other target audiences
- Assist in maintaining strong donor relationships in order to achieve fundraising goals and generate awareness about the organization
- Maintain the data collected in organized records
- Inform the purpose and benefits of the non-profit organization and its fund-raising programs
- Collect pledges and funds from contributors
- Helping the board and staff to cultivate, solicit, and steward their support
- Ensure knowledge and understanding of the non-profits that will be assigned
- It is expected that a minimum of 80 calls a day are completed**Requirements**:- Basic knowledge in Arabic, Urdu or Hindi
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high performance and teamwork, with a strong donor-centered approach and a customer service-oriented attitude
- Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize
- Able to learn multiple systems, CFRM and tools
- Able to work independently and as part of a teamAdditional Information
- This is a Full-time position for a 6 weeks project with the potential to become longer term.
