- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify market opportunities, gather requirements, and prioritize features for development.
- Drive the development and execution of product deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify areas for innovation.
- Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable user stories, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously iterate on the product based on user feedback, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.**Previous experience needed**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field;
- 3+ years of experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful products in the fintech, cryptocurrency, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of trading technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and blockchain concepts.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative working environment.
- Familiarity and experience with defi / cefi / traditional trading or similar is a plus
- Experience in quantitative roles is beneficial**Our offer**
