You'll assist with accounts payable operations, vendor management, and financial reporting while learning about accounting processes under the guidance of experienced finance professionals.What You Will Do:- Process and verify vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
- Enter and maintain data in the accounts payable system.
- Assist with vendor inquiries and statement reconciliations.
- Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Help prepare reports on outstanding payments and aging analysis.What we are looking for:- 1+ year of experience in accounts payable, accounting, or finance.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Experience with accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
