As part of a transversal operations group, this role collaborates with Legal, Ethics & Business Integrity, State Government Relations, Finance, and Business Units to implement sustainable processes, manage submissions, and drive compliance. As State Reporting Operations Specialist within our Global Transparency Team, you’ll ensure compliance with U.S. state laws on pricing transparency and reporting, collaborating across legal, compliance, finance, and business units to build sustainable processes and drive operational excellence.Main responsibilities:Collaborate with functional teams including SGR, Legal, E&BI, and all Sanofi US Business Units to support execution of operational/submission plan using project management skills to track all deliverables to ensure alignment with deadlines.Manage and ensure completion of routine submissions according to defined requirements and timelines.Assess laws and support development of standards and processes to drive delivery of requirements. Manage the creation\authoring of relevant Business Rules and other guidance/process documents in collaboration with Legal, US Transparency, E&BI and other teams as required.Implement training, change management, and process improvement plans to drive stakeholder compliance.Create clear, concise communications that are relevant and appropriate for target audiences. Ensure that direction and guidance can be operationalized by recipient team.Maintain intranet web page and SharePoint with links to relevant documents,Ensure audit-readiness by archiving relevant data and documentation.Maintain industry knowledge to anticipate and impacts from new laws.
