- Install and run medical imaging diagnostic printing equipment.
- Repair medical imaging diagnostic printing equipment, such as Drystars, EOS Fix, Mammography, CR, DR, and some others.
- Train users in the use and handling of equipment so that they can use those properly, avoiding failures and repairs.
- Give remote support to dealers for installations and repairs.
- Moderate customers on possible problem solutions on the equipment use.
- Administrative functions such as: phone call attendance, introducing data on the ServiceNow database.
- Electronic and Communications Engineer or similar.
- At least one year in a similar position, customer service.
- Languages: English 80%
- IT-Knowledge: MS Office (Intermediate-Advanced); Lotus Notes; preferably CRM´s.
- Technical Skills: Analogue and Digital Devices Knowledge, Mechanics, Networking.
- Soft Skills: Customer focus, good interpersonal relationships, service attitude.
