To find out more visit , and read about the latest news via our .Description and RequirementsThe Quality Technician must combine Creativity to identify the failure of the machines and Innovation to find new ways to identify the machine failure.The repair quality control technician must be a professional with solid technical training, but also with interpersonal skills that allow them to work effectively in a team, communicate clearly, and manage processes efficiently.Soft skills, such as attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and adaptability, are essential for success in this role. The combination of these competencies ensures that the technician can not only perform high-quality repairs but also manage interactions within the team and with customers effectively.The pressure to meet strict deadlines can make it difficult to conduct a thorough evaluation of each repair.Repairs must meet precise technical specifications, and any deviation can affect the product's functionality.In some repairs, problems are not immediately apparent, making it harder to detect faults that could compromise long-term performance.A lack of clear communication between repair technicians and quality control personnel can lead to errors or misunderstandings, affecting the repair process.If a repair does not meet the customer's expectations, the quality control technician may become involved in the complaint resolution process, which can impact the company's reputation.Key Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the correct operation of the repair center
  • Handling of FTEs of repair center
  • Good performance and quality
  • Find efficiency in process and improve them.
  • Efficiency of FTEs and increase the capacity of the repair center.
Requirements:
  • Prefered Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or System Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of services operations.
  • High knowledge in services repair
