They are now seeking a motivated Sales Manager to help scale their business development efforts and drive revenue growth.Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Manage and optimize the sales pipeline using a CRM tool.
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold outreach, inbound inquiries, and networking.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and service teams to ensure alignment on offerings and client messaging.
- Provide regular reports and sales forecasts to leadership.
- Continuously improve the sales process based on feedback and performance analytics.Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing or SEO industry.
- Proven ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with Local SEO, digital marketing strategies, and industry tools is a strong plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working independently and remotely.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and performance-oriented with a growth mindset.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce).
- Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients is preferred.
