- Create accounts in software platforms and maintain accurate onboarding records
- Support sales by entering inbound lead data into Salesforce and sending email templates to prospects
- Review visit summaries for errors, escalate issues when necessary, and document findings in line with established processesQualifications- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Excellent written communication skills and professional email etiquette
