Customer facing solution validation service engineer, providing support to customer on validating their solution, role will include below responsibilities
Engage with customers and other Cisco stakeholders on successful planning and execution of validation engagements.
Support Webscale or Enterprise customers to accelerate implementation of new platformssolutions.
Validate new design solutions to meet customer requirements.
Drive requirements discussions, analyze test requirements, build test lab configurations, author and execute test plans, and document results.
Identify key issues and gaps and work with engineering and delivery teams to resolve them.
Collaborate with Solution Architects from Delivery and Sales teams to meet customer needs
Innovate to gain efficiency and accelerate validation efforts.
Collaborate with other engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
Your Profile
10 years experience working Cisco Campus
Routing and Switching experience, RS andor DC CCNA Required, CCNP Preferred
Strong knowledge of NXOS, IOSXE, IOSXR and IOS configuration.
Strong knowledge of Cisco DC and Enterprise platforms Catalyst Platforms
Experience in VXLAN, LISP, BGP, OSPF Routing, Data Center Switching
Programming experience python, ROBOT
IxiaSpirent test tool knowledge
Test and Validation experienceAdditional skills desired one of theseSDWAN skills
Wireless WLC, gRPC
