- Develop and implement a strategic business plan to grow the company's presence in the country.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up to date with industry trends and developments.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and other industry players.
- Identify and evaluate potential partners, clients, and investors to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams.
- Collaborate with the global team to ensure alignment with company-wide objectives and strategies.
- Monitor and analyse business performance metrics, including sales, revenue, and profitability, and develop and execute plans to address any areas of concern.
- Build and lead a high-performance team, including recruiting, training, and motivating staff members to achieve business targets.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other relevant forums.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in the forex & trading industry, with a proven track record of establishing and growing business setups.
- Excellent knowledge of local regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ability to analyse business performance metrics and develop and execute effective strategies to address areas of concern.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve business targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
- Ability to travel
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and the local language is essential.
