- Carrier Relationship Management: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with carriers to secure reliable transportation options.
- Freight Matching: Match carrier capacity with customer freight requirements to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Negotiation: Negotiate rates and service agreements with carriers to meet customer needs and maximize profitability.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve any transportation issues or delays quickly and effectively, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between carriers and internal teams, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
- Documentation: Ensure all carrier agreements, rate confirmations, and compliance documents are accurately maintained.

- Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in carrier Sales, booking shipments, and tracking shipments.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 5:00 CST, following the US Calendar.
- Contract: Indefinite term contract.

- Salary: $4.000.000 + Commissions in USD.
