Join us in shaping our future-and yours.**What You Will Do**The Learning & Development Analyst II is primarily focused on planning, coordinating, and delivering training associated with GCC technologies (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud and Sprinklr). The position requires expertise in training content development and delivery.Key Responsibilities
- Creates training materials such as reference documents, slide decks, video instruction, interactive quizzes as needed.
- Review and update or modify current training and/or reference materials.
- Delivers training sessions training through multiple modalities, e.g., instructor-led classroom training, web-based training, LMS content-based courses.
- Regular attendance at technology update planning meetings.
- In addition to GCC technology training, supports other team activities and initiatives as needed.
- In a timely and prompt manner, identify, report, and seek correction for deviations.**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business (or other bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience)
- 3-years work experience in the learning and development function.
- Ability to think analytically, troubleshoot, and to develop actionable solutions to business problems.
- Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Multi-tasking and the aptitude for prioritizing tasks.
- Strong teamworking and relationship building skills.
