- Desarrollar estrategias de lanzamiento y posicionamiento de productos.
- Evaluar métricas post lanzamiento para medir el éxito del producto y hacer ajustes basados en datos.
- Evaluar los ciclos de vida de los productos para determinar si es necesario descontinuar referencias.
