- 5+ years of overall experience including Development and Testing;
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on testing experience in manual and automation testing;
- Proven experience creating test strategies and test plans;
- Expertise in identifying the scope of automation and driving automation test development;
- Experience with API testing;
- Minimum 4 years of Programming experience;
- Proficiency in programming languages, such as JavaScript (must), Java, Python and must have the tools knowledge (see section below);**Nice to haves**
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Must be a team player;
- Work experience with offshore/nearshore/onshore model a big plus;
- Experience with Agile methodology is preferred;
- Experience directly supporting and working with development teams;
