- Supporting key clients on specifications, system designs, quotes and all other activities related to the project's sales process, to ensure success.
- Resolving key client issues and complaints.
- Anticipating key account changes and improvements.
- Managing communications between key clients and internal teams.
- Strategic planning to improve client results.
- Establishing and overseeing the assigned budget with the client.
- Establishing a timeline of performance and results.
- Working with design, sales team, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments to ensure all client needs met.
- Collaborating with other sales team members to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with managers and directors.
- Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
- Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management.
- Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients.Requirements and Qualifications

- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
- In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry.
- Eager to expand the company with new sales and clients.
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in electronics or electrical engineering.
- At least six years of previous work experience in sales, key account management, or relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person.
- English - intermediate level (written and spoken).
- Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and opportunity closing skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage several client accounts.
- Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals.
