The goal is to ensure the company remains operational by analyzing the root cause of non-conformities and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal procedures.

Regulatory Compliance Management: Coordinating and managing non-conformities and discrepancies issued by aviation authorities. This includes analyzing root causes, updating procedures, and ensuring the company adheres to all regulations to avoid penalties.

Authority Relations Management: Acting as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities, handling visits, audits, and inspections, and managing the approval of certifications and regulated manuals.

Documentation and Quality: Administering and updating the company's manuals, procedures, and internal documentation, as well as managing ISO quality procedures and translating relevant technical documents.

The ideal candidate needs at least four years of experience in Quality Management, with proven knowledge of ISO 9001 and regulations from the FAA and Colombian civil aviation authorities.
