Job Title: Specialist, Technical Sales - BilingualJob Description The Specialist, Technical Sales is responsible for generating new business and ensuring the growth of existing accounts within an assigned territory. This position assesses customer needs, provides technical solutions, and resolves client issues while fostering relationships to enhance sales opportunities. He/she/they will also deliver technical training and communicate customer feedback to drive product and service improvements.Job description
  • Attend customer meetings and conduct sales presentations to showcase products and services
  • Provide technical expertise to support aggressive sales goals and customer inquiries
  • Prepare and deliver moderately complex technical proposals and presentations for sales support
  • Identify and analyze customer needs to develop strategies that competitively address demands
  • Advise customers and sales teams on technical aspects of products while aligning with their goals
  • Provide training sessions utilizing technical expertise to enhance customer understanding and product use
  • Follow up consistently on sales opportunities and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Build relationships with decision-makers at various levels to strengthen stakeholder engagement
Candidate profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with 2 - 4 Years of Experience preferred.
  • Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Internal Career Path Policies
  • The game-changers must have the approval of his or her immediate supervisor to apply for the call.
  • Required tenure: 6 months.
  • Required performance: KPIs or goals on target for the business unit to which they belong in the last 3-month period (not average).
  • Must not have active disciplinary actions.
  • The game-changer may participate in only one process at a time.
  • Comply with the learning paths of the Corporate University.
  • Must remain at least 6 months in the position to which he/she was recently promoted, to be able to apply for another call.
  • If you were evaluated by the PC psychologist for a vacancy and you were not selected, you must wait at least 2 months to reapply for that same position from which you did not pass
  • The process is performed and/or outside working hours, which means that the game-changer should be available in his free time in case we require it.
