As the first TA hire in this market, you will not only manage the end-to-end recruiting process but also establish the foundation for our local talent acquisition initiatives, tools, and employer brand. You will partner closely with business leaders to attract, engage, and hire the exceptional talent that fuels our growth.**Position Responsibiltiies**:- Build & Lead TA in Colombia: Develop and execute a Colombia-specific talent acquisition strategy, establish recruiting processes, and build Aprio’s employer brand.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, source top talent, and maintain an active talent pipeline.
- Partnership & Market Expertise: Advise hiring managers, build strong relationships, and understand business units to position Aprio for success in the market.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in professional services, accounting/finance, or a fast-growing business environment.
- Proven track record in hands-on recruitment and building recruiting operations.
- Strong networking, influencing, and consultative skills with the ability to partner at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of Colombian labor laws and recruiting compliance.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
