- Sales Data Analytic: Provide Support to sales director/country Manager and sales teams to have better decision making.
- Route to Market: Think strategically in each channel improving the structure and coverage process that in long term will be a competitive advantage for SCJ in the market.
- In-Store Execution: Lead the Perfect Store process collaborating with Customer Marketing and Sales in the development and execution of plans.
- Capabilities & Tools: Provide capabilities and tools to Sales force, Indirect Sales force and Merchandisers.
- Category Management: Leverage data and knowledge to develop our categories together with customers.
- Supervisory Responsibilities: Lead the Sales Op team. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university plus at least 7 years related experience in commercial areas or related with commercial process.
- Preferent previous management experience
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
- B2/C1 level of English.
- Advance level in Microsoft tools (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in using data systems and sales tools, with the ability to leverage technology to improve sales processes and efficiency.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and demonstrate flexibility in approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data.
