- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, source top talent, and maintain an active talent pipeline.
- Partnership & Market Expertise: Advise hiring managers, build strong relationships, and understand business units to position Aprio for success in the market.
- Process & Compliance: Manage candidate flow within our ATS, ensure compliance with Colombian labor laws, and champion a data-driven approach to recruiting.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in professional services, accounting/finance, or a fast-growing business environment.
- Proven track record in hands-on recruitment and building recruiting operations.
- Strong networking, influencing, and consultative skills with the ability to partner at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of Colombian labor laws and recruiting compliance.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
