Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Colombia time)About the RoleThis role is both strategic and hands-on. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll execute and optimize high-impact campaigns that drive qualified leads and sales for our agency and clients. You’ll manage multiple accounts, analyze performance data, and deliver actionable insights to improve results.Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, local, and technical).
- Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns using Go High Level (GHL) and other platforms.
- Write compelling ad copy and email content; collaborate with the creative team on high-converting visuals and landing pages.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, GHL dashboards, and other tools.
- Report weekly on KPIs, provide recommendations, and iterate based on performance.
- Build and maintain lead nurturing workflows in GHL (pipelines, automations, email/SMS sequences).
- Stay current with platform updates, SEO trends, and new advertising features.Who You Are- Highly analytical and results-driven.

- Proactive and always looking for ways to improve and optimize.Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in SEO and paid advertising (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Strong experience using Go High Level (GHL) for email marketing, lead generation, CRM, and automations.
- Solid understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and ad performance metrics.
- Proven experience in email marketing strategy, segmentation, and automation.
- Familiarity with GA4, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and UTM tracking.
- Experience with AI tools and marketing automations is a strong plus.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
