**Reports to (direct)**: Regional Security Manager, Americas
**Reports to (matrix)**:Manufacturing Director, Colombia**Primary Purpose of the Position**:- To protect Goodyear associates, contractors, visitors, properties, and brand**Principle Duties & Responsibilities**:- Manage all proprietary and contract security staff
- Oversee access control and visitor management functions
- Develop and maintain all security policies and procedures
- Maintain C-TPAT, BASC, and/or AEO program compliance
- Conduct security risk assessments
- Lead physical security projects, to include access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV
- Conduct complex investigations, including but not limited to workplace violence, theft, fraud, extortion, kidnapping, company policy violations and ethics violations
- Active involvement in business continuity and crisis management
- Serve as liaison with municipal (local), state, and federal law enforcement agencies**Education/Certifications**:- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or similar field
- Professional certification (CPP, PSP, PCI, or APP) through ASIS International**Experience**:- Minimum 2-3 years’ security management experience in a corporate and/or manufacturing environment
- Previous experience conducting workplace investigations
- Previous experience in other security functions, to include supply chain (cargo) security, executive protection, crisis management, and/or asset protection**Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities**:- Ability to speak, read, and write English (ADVANCED)
