You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.A Day in the Life We’re seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with advanced expertise in Power BI to join our Global Pricing Insights & Analytics team! In this role, you’ll play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining data-driven solutions that empower the business to make informed, strategic decisions. This role requires not only strong technical proficiency in data modelling, DAX, and visualization design, but also a high level of business acumen and the ability to communicate insights through effective storytelling. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, understanding business requirements, and translating them into actionable, visually compelling BI solutions. This role will be remote and based in Bogotá, Colombia.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Develop and maintain enterprise-level Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and performance
Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into BI solutions
Apply data storytelling techniques to transform complex information into clear, actionable insights
Implement and manage data models, security protocols, and governance frameworks in alignment with best practices
Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing recommendations based on data trends and insights
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of data literacy across the organization

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree
More than three years of experience as a Business Intelligence Developer with proven expertise in building complex Power BI solutions
Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling, plus strong SQL skills handling large and complex datasets.
Ability to translate business challenges into BI solutions that deliver measurable results.
Fluent in English
