- Prospecting and generating qualified leads and opportunities in the assigned markets.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Presenting and selling projects tailored to the specific needs of each customer.
- Coordinating the preparation and presentation of technical and commercial proposals.
- Negotiating contract terms and conditions, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating closely with the technical and commercial teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Conducting post-sales follow-up and maintaining ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional growth opportunities.
- University degree in one of the engineering and/or processes fields (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, etc.).
- Minimum of 3-5 years as service project sales engineer.
- Minimum English level: B2
- Strong technical knowledge in industries as dairy, beverage, liquid food, home and personal care.
- Service Experience, customer management, empathy and sense of urgency.
- Proven understanding in the after sales businesses, customer relationship management and market development.
- Familiarity with GEA service offerings and local market requirements of different customer groups (Valuable).
- Excellent communicator, written and verbal, able to work with individuals (internal and external) across a wide range of levels, functions, brands and cultures.
- Prioritizes customer needs, establishes effective relationships with customers as well as internal stakeholders.
