- Serve as a reference point within the team, mentoring junior members and supporting cross-functional collaboration.
- Influence technical decisions by identifying risks and dependencies in complex scenarios.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and propose improvements to enhance delivery and operational excellence.
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing tasks aligned with team objectives.
- Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines tailored to car application services.
- Collaborate with development teams to embed DevOps best practices throughout the software lifecycle.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address reliability issues.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
- Support incident response and conduct root cause analysis to improve system resilience.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
- Understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, Argo CD).
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), architectures, and FinOps principles.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
- Awareness of security practices and emerging AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in agile development environments.
