- Make a minimum of 80 outbound calls per day to potential clients.
- Strategic Prospecting: Develop and execute outreach plans to engage decision-makers and generate qualified leads for complex digital marketing solutions.
- Hunter Profile: Proactively seek and identify new business opportunities with a strong focus on pipeline creation.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator Mastery: Use advanced filters and personalized strategies to find and connect with high-potential prospects.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay informed on industry trends.
- Client Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and tailored recommendations on digital marketing strategies.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies and advance business opportunities.
- Cold Calling & List Building: Execute high-volume cold calling campaigns and create segmented prospect lists, overcoming objections to generate qualified leads.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as an SDR, consistently exceeding goals in digital agencies or B2B environments.
- Strong ability to design and execute strategic prospecting campaigns targeting high-value clients.
- Solid knowledge of digital service sales and ability to translate technical concepts into clear value propositions.
- Demonstrated success in cold calling and building high-quality lead lists.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator for effective lead generation and prospecting.
- Experience with HubSpot and sales automation tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
- Analytical skills to generate performance reports and optimize outreach strategies.
- Fluent/native Spanish is required; advanced or fluent English is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
