Scope:This position is responsible for actions and processes in the 360 marketplace strategy, ranging from commercial activities, user experience, operations and customer service. He/She will support the local eCommerce Lead in the continuous management of tasks to position the brand and publishers in each Marketplace. Also, constantly propose differential initiatives aligned to market trends. The above, in order to meet the projected sales goal, as well as the KPIs that allow us to offer a differential value proposition in each of the marketplaces in which we decide to open sales.Responsibilities:
  • Update prices/stock
  • Perform price analysis / Competitors benchmark (brands and informal market)
  • Propose strategies and initiatives to increase Sell Thru
  • Publish / Update product pages
  • Suggest and execute strategies/initiatives to improve user experience with our products: videos, enriched content, 3D/VR
  • Monitor the correct functioning of the integrations between systems: Marketplace > Producteca > GP/Odoo > KyN
  • Stock transfer to virtual WH
  • Colecta and Flex: Order tracking
- Order entry - Shipment to KyN- Monitoring the labeling and dispatch by KyN- Send invoice to final customer
  • Full: Upload order, delivery tracking and activation in Marketplace
  • Smooth communication with OPS, AR, Finance areas
  • Respond to questions made by users/customers through the publications
  • Process cancellations and returns (Credit note creation/monitoring)
  • Warranties management
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Ecommerce.
  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economy, Advertising required.
  • 3+ years of experience in Ecommerce.
  • Experience in entertainment or consumer electronics (desirable).
  • General knowledge in business environment: sell thru and inventory management.
  • A proven ability to establish and maintain strong working relationship with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with a creative approach to idea generation and problem-solving.
  • The individual must be organized, creative, resourceful, strategic, and results oriented.
  • Self-driven, results oriented with a positive outlook, forward planner, team player and must be able to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software; specifically MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • English is a plus.
