- Hiring Manager: Talent Acquisition Lead, Bogota HUB
- Source and identify potential candidates through proactive and strategic sourcing methods, including but not limited to online sourcing, job portals, social media recruiting, networking, employee referrals, internal applications.
- Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques to build a diverse candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen and assess candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific roles.
- Engage with candidates to provide information about job opportunities, company culture, and career growth prospects.
- Partner with TA Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring need and refine sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
- Provide regular updates on sourcing activities, candidate pipeline, and market trends to Talent Acquisition partner, Lead and stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative sourcing techniques to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness.
- Experience:
- Significant expertise in Colombia’s Talent Acquisition Sourcing role, with strong focus on local employment market dynamics, experience of same in GBS (Global Business Services) organizations will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer or similar role, with a strong track record of successfully sourcing candidates for various positions.
- Proficiency in using sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and social media networks.
- Passion for talent acquisition and a proactive approach to sourcing top talent.
- Soft and technical skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates for a better candidate hiring experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and analytics to track sourcing performance and optimize strategies.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Proficiency in spearheading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives within the recruitment agenda.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Languages: Advanced level of English. Portuguese or French is an added value.
