- Mandatory experience in sales from 1 year, priority in online/offline school
- Ability to negotiate by phone, video communication
- Successful experience in telephone/video sales from 6 months
- Knowledge of sales techniques and stages, methods for handling objections, and most importantly, the ability to apply them
- Ability to work with refusals, deal with objectionsPersonal skills- Persistence and desire to fullfill the metrics/sales plan
- Ability and desire to find a way out of any situation
