We are seeking a Marketing Automation Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a key role in scaling and optimizing our marketing efforts. You’ll be responsible for managing customer journeys, lead nurturing, and campaign automation across multiple brands, while ensuring seamless CRM integration and compliance with data privacy standards.
This is a high-impact role for someone with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing, automation tools, and digital campaign execution.Responsibilities:
Marketing Automation & Campaigns
Build and manage Customer Journeys in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing.
Create nurturing workflows, segmentation rules, and email automation.
Monitor campaign KPIs and suggest improvements.
Create email marketing campaigns in Microsoft Dynamics based on the customer journeys previously built.
Social Media Publication
Support monthly content calendar creation alongside the marketing team.
Schedule and publish posts across four brands.
Generate basic monthly reports (engagement rate, interactions, CTR).
Must-Haves
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Hands-on experience (junior or mid-level) with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing.
Knowledge of email marketing, customer journeys & CRM workflows.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proactive & comfortable working async across time zones.
Nice-to-Have
Previous experience working with Dynamics 365 and automation tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or N8N.
Experience integrating WordPress forms with CRMs.
Previous Experience working with Social Media Campaigns.

To perform this role effectively, you must have:
A quiet home office space to work optimally.
A stable internet connection (minimum 100 MB).
A laptop/desktop with updated software.
A secondary backup internet option to ensure reliability.
