The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in digital and traditional advertising operations, and the ability to ensure the complete execution of a media campaign while providing detailed reports on the results, identifying optimization windows and opportunities.The JobAct as the primary point of contact for developing media strategies focused on online and offline media, maintaining an orderly communication process with other areas and agencies to ensure that media providers and partners can execute our media campaigns without delays or issues. At the same time, you will need to support and coordinate with other teams responsible for campaign implementation and advertising administrative operations.Main responsibilities

As part of the Media Strategy team, the main task is to be focused on the development of projects, strategies, and campaigns for various business units.
Working closely with marketing, product and creative teams to ensure all the campaign are correctly implemented and working well.
Working closely with media agencies, overseeing day-to-day campaign monitoring from planning, implementation, optimization, and closure, including results reports and presentations.
Oversee trafficking of digital ad campaigns across platforms, maintaining updated all assets planning and post-buy files.
Troubleshooting any issues related to ad delivery, ensuring minimal disruption for campaign performance.
Using data visualization tools to create easy-to-understand dashboards for stakeholders.
Reconcile discrepancies between planned and actual spend, resolving any issues promptly.
Oversee the entire billing process for online and offline media campaigns.

Essentials

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in media analysis, ad operations, or a related role.
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and ad trafficking processes.
Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, Excel and data visualization software.
Proven experience using any of the following advertising management tools such as: Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, Ibope, Comscore, etc.
Experience in planning and executing paid media campaigns and tracking results.
Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for growth marketing campaigns.
English required.
Experience with billing and invoicing processes in a media context.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
