The Supply Planner is responsible for maintaining efficient and accurate inventory supply to meet customer demand, minimizing both stockouts and excess inventory.Role will be responsible for assembling data, analysing performance, forecasting requirements, identifying risks and opportunities and developing recommendations which support planning and operations.What will you be doing?Develop and maintain supply plans based on demand forecasts to optimize inventory levelsMonitor and manage inventory, identifying shortages, excesses, and obsolete itemsLeverage ERP/planning softwarePhase in/Phase outIdentify, propose, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs. - identify Risk & Opportunities.Manage safety stock levels and develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.What will you need to be successful?Successful candidates would need the followingEducation: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalentLicenses/ Certifications: APICS certification is added valueExperience: Min 2-3 years hands on experience in supply planning, logistics, or inventory roles.Experience in ERP Systems (SAP, AX,Power) or equivalent & Planning Systems ( Rapid Response or equivalent), advanced Excel skills.Language: Fluency English * Competencies :Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Customer focused: Willing to help at all times.Excellent time management with good organisational skillsCan work autonomously but also a team playerSuperior analytical skillsYou.
