🌎 Fully remote, Only for LATAM ‼️Position: Senior Shopify DeveloperWorking Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am -5 pm CSTSalary Range: 3000-5000 USD per month (Experience Based)Type of Contract: Independent ContractorSupport Shepherd, is a headhunter agency hiring talented people across LATAM for international clients!🚀Scope of the RoleAs a Senior Shopify Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Shopify applications, implementing design elements on the front end of websites, managing databases, creating reports, and developing custom applications as required. You will work closely with our design and development teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of our online platforms.Duties and responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Shopify applications, including building Shopify Apps and implementing new design elements on the front end of websites.
Manage databases, ensuring smooth functioning and data integrity.
Generate reports to provide insights and analytics on website performance and user behavior.
Develop custom applications for internal use, addressing specific business needs and requirements.
Collaborate with design and development teams to integrate front and back-end functionalities seamlessly.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Shopify development and related technologies.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
Optimize website performance and user experience through continuous testing and refinement.

Requirements

B2+ English level, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Must Have)
5+ years of experience in Full-Stack Development, with a strong understanding of Shopify's platform capabilities and limitations. (Must Have)
Front-end Development: Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizing the user interface and ensuring a seamless user experience on Shopify websites. (Must Have)
Back-end Development: Solid understanding of back-end development concepts and experience with languages/frameworks like Ruby on Rails, PHP, or Node.js for backend customization, database management, and custom app development on Shopify. (Must Have)
Frameworks: laravel, laravel nova, laravel forge, digitalocean. (Must Have)
Experience in building Shopify Apps and customizing Shopify themes to implement new design elements. (Must Have)
Strong database management skills, with experience in SQL or other relevant database technologies.
Ability to develop custom applications to address specific business needs.
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator. (Nice to Have)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
